How do I get started?
Sign up with your company email at getnome.io. After creating your account, the setup wizard will guide you through entering your subsidiaries, geographies, and benefits structure. Most teams are up and running in under 2 hours.
What file formats do you accept for importing employees?
We accept CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files. Download our template from the Data Import page to ensure your columns are in the right format. The AI will attempt to map custom column names automatically.
How does the AI configuration work?
nome's AI reads your company setup and automatically populates tax rates by state and country, benefits defaults, and other model assumptions. You can review and override any AI-filled value before saving.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes. Each subsidiary can be assigned its own currency. The FX Rate Manager lets you set exchange rates manually or use the AI-powered rate fetch to pull current market rates.
Can I add multiple users to my account?
Yes. Go to Administration → Users to invite team members. You can assign Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles to control what each user can access and modify.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is available in Administration → Account Settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
