2. Use of the Service
nome provides AI-powered headcount forecasting tools for finance teams. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to harm others.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getnome.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using nome, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of nome — including software, text, graphics, and AI models — are owned by nome and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
nome is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Administration settings page.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
